How to choose
If you want maximum adrenaline and you’re comfortable controlling a vehicle yourself, go for quad biking. If you want a fun, lower-impact dune activity that works well for kids and bigger mixed-age groups, sandboarding is the better fit. If you’d rather sit back, take in the views, and get great photos without doing any of the driving yourself, book the Jeep tour. Many guests combine two tours in a single visit — quad biking plus sandboarding is our most popular combo.
All tours run on the Atlantis Dunes near Melkbosstrand, roughly 45 minutes from Cape Town city centre. Don’t have transport? Add one of our transfer packages and we’ll handle the whole trip.
